School me on DB's

Next season im gunna be playing safety and maybe corner, but a couple of the coaches are gunna be leaving and the school rugby coach is gunna end up coaching the DB's. So could yall give me some tips,tricks,and tactics on being a good DB.

Do a web seach for "plyometrics" and "speed and agility drills". Quickness, good coordination, reflexes, and strength are essential for any type of defensive back. If I'm not being specific enough for you, please tell me...either that or PM me with any question/s you have regarding this.
