I am a soph. in highschool and play Defensive Back. I started Varsity 10 of our11 games this season and noticed that I need to work on some things. I need to get a better reaction time, get quicker on breaks and need a better vertical. Does anyone know what workouts I can do to gain these without gaining too much weight (I am 5'11", 185, 10.4% bodyfat)?
