Ok i have a problem lastyear when it was time for jv pullups the varsity coach told me that I wasent geting pulled up because i was to little for my positon i need to gain weight in muscle without loosing the mobility The coach new i out lifted the whole team including the linemen in almost every aspect of the weight room but im just to little he said I am a 5'9 185 pound sophmore LB and FB and I was also the second tailback and the punter kicker and some times played saftey

With your stats it looks like that you should be starting on varsity. Or you should've been on varsity from the beginning.

i need to know how to get bigger and yes i know my stats make it seem like i should of started on varsity but i was only a freshmen and the varsity linebakers are huge and fast they were 245, 235, 230 pounds each running atleast a 4.8 40

man how hard is it? eat 5-6 meals a day, 1 gram per pound of bodyweight of protein, eat veggies, fruit, meat, dairy and grains. Lift heavy and only do free weights. don't eat candy and junk, and no alcohol or drugs. simple as that. you should put on a good 10-15 pounds by next year of quality size

We had a 5'7" freshmen who started. In a drill he flipped a 6"5" senior.

Weight room and track stats cannot tell you how good of a football player someone is.

Honestly you probably have to work on skills useful during a game... because you could be easily starting with those stats... gaining weight will help to but your stats look good enough. You can also consider making the switch to safety or something

Yea you could play safety. Thomas Davi was a huge SAfety in college for UGA. They were saying he could play OLB also. If you play saftey get faster. but your stats look fine.

I know who put Cristal in a blender to make a protien shake and he is really buff. If I like put Vodka in the blender to make a protien shake would that be healthy? I don't drink. I am just asking. For future refrences.
