View Full Version : Help me be able to play Fri
Well, today at practice, I ****e up my hand. The thumb bone thing that runs along the interior of my hand hurts EXTREMELY bad when there is any pressure on it. Also, when my wrist flexes back (like to block), it hurts along that bone, but closer to the base of my hand.
Tommorrow is Thanksgiving, so I don't know if I will be able to get into the sports doctor before my game. I am not going to even bother with a regular one. Anyone know how I can pad/tape this baby up so I can use it?
Oh yeah, I am an O-lineman.
Thanks.

why not take it before the game? i used to take it to reduce the swelling in my ankles almost every game.

yeah i used to have real bad wrists last season...aka too many powercleans. But i used to have the trainers tape it up so that i couldnt bend my wrists. This may sound stupid, but trust me it keeps it stable and during the game it will loosen up as you keep blocking. o and wear gloves.
