I know, I have posted alot of topics about creatine. But, my trainer goes... its illegal in Baseball (NCAA were talking about) but legal in football. My friend goes, its illegal in the NCAA. My docter said its illegal in the NCAA.
Can someone please give me PROOF, its allowed?
