What are you guys' palns for the off-season? Are you taking time off to heal or jumping right into the wieght room? Are you playing any other sports? When are you doing speed work? Are you attending any camps? When are you starting conditioning and skill work?

I'm in basketball, so I don't have enough time (IMO) to go lift as much as I'd like to. I'm planning on starting a Westside program next week. My speed work is basically coming from running up and down the court, lol. I'll probably ask my Coach for this years film, so I can get the hang of making highlight tapes.

I'd play another sport but my dad so no because of my grades. I am starting to weightlift on Monday but I don't know because I messed up my wrist a few days after the season so I hope it doesn't hurt on monday.

I am also doing WS4SB II, too. I plan on weighing in the range of 240-250 for my senior year. Get even faster, i shaved off .3 seconds off of my 40 last year after gaining 40lbs, and i think adding 25 more won't hurt me, as long as it is the good kinda weight :) .

As for sports I'll do track and field, I'm a thrower. I'll see if i can get in some sprinting time or work with the sprinters. I will try to maintain WS4SB II all the way through track season.

I'll be in Track throwing Shot, but not Discus, I suck at Disc, lol. But Ialso plan on running the 100, 200, and 400, like I did at District last year, I'm considering being in baseball also. I planned on being in every sport this year, so I can decide what to play next year.

I want to get up to at least 180, but get to the low 5's in the 40. That way I'll get bigger, stronger, and faster.

I'm jumping right into the weightroom and outside on the track. I'm doing some lifting right now just to keep me going then I'm going to do Southern Cal's workout pretty soon. I will also run sprints, hills, running drills, and change of direction stuff.

What's southern cal's workout? I heard all they do is core work and other stuff with medicine ball. then the core lifts.
