I was wondering if any of you guys no anyways to increase flexibility in your hamstrings and groins? I believe this is the only thing holding me back from reaching all of my potential. Thanks.

I take yoga, i know that it sounds fruity and shit but it works. It lowers your stress and helps with Flexibility... plus there are some pretty hot girls in the class... So if a NFL dude can take yoga (most do) then you can take it..

Hope this helps

Nothing wrong with yoga...LOTS of great athletes use it. Consider being around hot chicks to be a perk!

The best thing that I ever did to increase flexibility was to train with heavy weights while utilizing a complete and full range of motion. IMO, weight training is the BEST way to develop functional flexibility.

I agree with that 100 % and do some stretching like 10-15 mins 2 or 3 times a week. Anything more than what you're doing now will make you improve.

I do yoga whenever I can make it to the class. If you can't do that stretch at home, hell even buy your own yoga dvd.

Ive never been to one but my gym offers them for free for members, but if youre not a member then it costs money- I dont know how much it is.
