Man, I pigged out. I ate all day Thursday, I ate normal Friday then I pigged out and tailgaited at the Virginia Tech game yesterday. ALL DAY! I came to workout today and weighed myself. I was at 245 now I'm at 249.

on thursday i went from 212.5 to 218.5, i am back down to 216 now.

.. i gained like 1 pound.. and i ate a CRAPLOAD.. sad part is, i only weight 136 :(

By Friday I had gained 3 lbs, but I hit the gym and wieght room hard and held back eating the last two days and Im back to my normal wieght now.

im a hard gainer. i eat, but never really gain that much.

I weighed 161-163 the day before Thanksgiving, I weighed 165-166 when I took a shower Thanksgiving night. But our scale is not very accurate IMO, and I've talked to my Mom about getting a digital one.
