Hey,
I am new to these forums and play ball in the UK, just thought id let you all know im here, and any advice from any of the more experienced players would be great to hear.
My current fitness levels are as followed
Age: 18
Height: 6 1
Weight: 172 lbs (186)
40 Yard: 4.62 sec (4.52)
Bench: 180 lbs (225)
Leg Press: 557 lbs (650)
My Bench is still pritty weak though, but im working on it. I am going to be starting my off-season plan on monday for 3-4 months before my season.
