Yeah, I posted this here because I thought ya'll football players like me would know this situation. So In the summer I maxed at about 235, but i lost weight during football like about 20 lbs, so.....this will probably affect my benchpress
Anyways im wondering What is good to eat during Lunch so i can get prepared for the benchpress max. I want to at least hit 205 lbs, that would make me extremely happy. Anyways, thanks for any of the advice

some kind of complex carbohydrates. sandwhich on wheat bread, brown rice, sweet potato ect.

Oddly enough by bench increased during the season. I had a bad max day I think and got 260 in the summer. Now I'm at 315.

UPDATE: Today didn't go so bad, and I hit 215 on the bench, i coulda hit 220 but we ran out of time, meh I was expecting a more drastic drop
