Just a curious question here, what does everyone listen to get pumped up for a game? and, do you think it actually pumps you up or not? mine's breaking benjamin, 3 days grace, and Disturbed.

Gangsta Rap
has to have good beats
Dre
Immortal Technique
Em
Fab
Lox
Rock is garbage, esp pregame.
Other good music like classic rock, reggae, country, 80's etc, is excellent, but doesn't work pregame. When people play stupid headbanging rock shit it actually kills my pre game hype.

In highschool for home games we would always lay in a dark, quiet gymnasium (coach called it the "Ready Room"). It'd go from complete dark and quiet to AC/DC-Thunderstruck blaring over the speakers. We would always warm up to that and "Eye of the Tiger" (we were nicknamed the Tigers). When we went in to get our shoulder pads, helmets, and cleats on I would always grab some Ozzy-Crazy Train, GreenDay-Time of Your Life, AC/DC-For Those About To Rock, The Speech in Any Given Sunday and the song Purple Haze (can't think of who sings it, but we named our defense after it.) Also, nothing like running onto the field to your school song, with thousands of fans screaming.
