I got a sample of it with an order i made,

I took it before my workout, i didnt feel any different than my workouts prior and after taking it.

If you wanna take like 11 pills then go for it lol

but i advice against.

They make a lot of stuff. I don't know which one you are asking about but i'll say.

thiser multi is one of the top if not the best.


All their (former)prohormone products were garbage and dangerous.

Their other supps like the nitro ones are ok, not worth the moey though.

Their attitude, lifestyle, philosophy and pics are BADASS!

oh, the multi

it's really good.

but at your level you could probably us centrum or something cheaper with no real difference in performance. It's excelent but pricey, if you have ca$h to blow then go for it.

The pills are big, your pee (well at least mine did turned Neon Yellow) lol just the stuff flushing out.. But yea for the Animal Pak there good

They're mainly for bodybuilders...for the multi-vitamins you're just as well off buying regular multi-vitamins from Wal-Mart or something. No need to spend the extra money.

yeah its good, but very costly...ive been takin these since last yr. and i love it. but of course i get the hookup on stuff like this so i can afford it. but yeah 11 pills real big...takes skill to flush the whole bag at once tho.

A multi vitamin is not something that you are going to "feel" during your workout, especially taken once. It is made to fill nutritional gaps in a bodybuilder or very hard training athletes diet, because more often than not these guys eat nothing but chicken and brown rice(exaggeration). The "performance optimizers are in minimal amounts, especially if you think about what normal people take(1 pak) and the information on the back(2 paks). Most people report a sense of well being, and claim they lose this when they stop the pak. As far as pill size goes, there are 11 pills

I became accustomed to swallowing them, and its alot easier if you shake your head side to side as you swallow. Once you work with it it gets easy.
As far as price goes, $18 for 44 days on 1 pak is not bad, but there are better options out there for a lower price.

I personally like AST 32x Pro, but Animal Pak is a solid product, and still very beneficial as a multi.
