I know the title sounds ridiculous but let me explain. My entire spinal cord has been slowing shifting to the right. I don't know how i did but i went to the chiropractor and my back is seriously f***ed. I have to go get my back readjusted 3 times a week for the next 3 months. So that means, no deadlifts, no squats, and nothing involving back for 3 months. I can do cleans but nothing heavy. I've been training hard for football and this just puts a damper on everything.

Cleans involve back, how come those are allowed?

Yeah, seriously, i'd say cleans are the worst possible thing for back alignement.

I'd say light, but perfect form squats and dl's should be ok, bt what do i know. Besides that, maybe try leg press, hack squats, lunges, 1 eg squats, ham curls, ghr's. etc.

i had something sorta like that. curls, pull downs, leg curls and presses. but you tell when to do soemthing or when not to by how much it hurts. DONT do it if it hurts.

I suggest you read the post again slowly. If you still don't understand what he is saying, go to your local community college and ask about an introductory English class.

EDIT: My suggestion? Don't lift. Almost EVERYTHING you do will involve your back in some way. Risking having a destroyed spine for the rest of your life isn't worth it. I would at least wait out a month to see how it is going.

i'd rather take advice from someone with a degree than a pilates instructor.

Maybe you need a physical therapist. They have degrees.

Wow, out of all those, I would only recommend ham curls... I would ask a doctor...
